Modern Technology & Radibems Sdn Bhd maintains approximately 70,000 biomedical equipment for the Ministry of Health Malaysia, Ministry of Health UAE (Ras Al Khaimah) and private hospitals/clinics, spreading over 65 hospitals and medical institutions. Equipment range in complexity from blood pressure monitors to CAT scanners. About 300 qualified and experienced biomedical staff is employed to provide professional service to the hospitals. 24 hours support is provided for critical care equipment throughout the year.

A comprehensive program of Planned Preventive Maintenance and Users Training is carried out throughout the year to maximize the up time of the equipment. Necessary inventory of spare parts and standby loan equipment is maintained to ensure that least disruption to patient care.
